Shutters Warehouse proudly offers FREE Delivery & FREE Installation service Sydney Metro wide. Please call if your delivery address is outside of the Sydney Metro Area. We will arrange something for you.

Measuring and Installation Services are absolutely FREE for the Sydney Metro Area.

We ship all Australian Made custom plantation shutters within 10 to 15 working days. We will notify you if there are any unexpected delays.

For any Rush Orders, we can dispatch in 5 working days with extra 10% surcharge.

We do all we can to meet the date we committee to although it is an estimated date only and subject to change.

Non-Australian Made Timber Plantation Shutters is also offered for all our customers if you can wait for 10-12 weeks time. We don’t offer factory warranty other than Australian Standard Warranty on Non-Australian Made Timber Plantation Shutters.

When you approve the acceptance of your order, the ownership of the goods is transferred to you. Likewise, in case any shutters traveling back for repair or replace, Sutters Warehouse will take ownership upon receipt of the goods.

We do not deliver to PO Boxes.


Our order cut-off time is from 10am Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 10am are considered received and accepted on the day by 11am. We are unable to cancel orders which are already accepted. However we do all we can to ensure you have a positive shopping experience with us, so if you wish to cancel your order, please send us an email ([email protected]) or contact us via live chat or phone as soon as you realise it. Please contact us via live chat, phone or email to correct mistakes or action cancellation straight away before 11am Monday to Friday at the very latest. We are able to cancel your order if we haven’t started production yet. Deposit is non-refundable. We must emphasise this can not be guaranteed if you have passed 11am Monday to Friday cut-off time which means your order has been received and accepted.

Please inspect your new plantation shutters as soon as your shutters are installed. Notify us of any damages, defects or missing parts of your order with our installation expert and document the issue on the day. We will resolve them for you. Videos of what’s wrong with the shutters are the best evidence for your claim. Please raise issues on the spot while our installation expert is on site. Gather your evidence, your claim cut-off time is 7 days after installation date.

No claim for product after the claim cut-off date. Any claims after the claim cut-off date will be considered due to misuse or general wear and tear.

For items with defects, you are entitled to return them to us provided you have contacted us via phone, live chat or email, Return Authorisation Code will be issued on all returned orders. Please provide us with evidence during clam.

All returned orders needs to have a RA# (Return Authorisation Code).

Any shutters approved to be a salvaged defect item, it is your responsibility to dispose of it. We can not accept any alterations as all remakes agreed by us will be on a like for like basis. We will arrange inspection where needed. 

Defective Goods Collection will be any time between 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. You will need to choose a day and an address you’d like us to collect the product from. We will repair and return the repaired product to you, free of charge; or we will deliver the replacement product and pickup defective product simultaneously, free of charge.

You can return your shutters to us with a Return Authorisation Code (RA#) for any defect in materials or workmanship arises within 5 or 15 years. (5 Years for Australian Made PVC Plantation Shutters, 15 Years for Australian Made Timber Plantation Shutters)

Shutters have to be in the original form without any modification or misuse, negligence, improper installation, improper cleaning or normal wear and tear.

If we have agreed it is a defective product, Return Authorisation Code will be issued, we will promptly arrange:

Deliver replacement products of similar quality and specification, free of charge;


Repair the product and return the repaired product to you, free of charge;


Arrange refund of the price of the defective product by crediting your credit or debit card within 30 days of receipt of the defective product.

5 or 15 Years Factory Warranty stays with the original purchaser of the Shutters.
